getCols: Correct Ordering of Contrasts
In affycoretools: Functions useful for those doing repetitive analyses with Affymetrix GeneChips

A function to determine the correct ordering of contrasts for vennSelect. This is an internal function and should not be called by the end user

1	getCols(design, contrast)

`design`	A design matrix, usually produced by a call to `model.matrix`.
`contrast`	A contrasts matrix, either produced by hand or as a result of a call to `makeContrasts`

This function returns the correct order for the contrasts.
