drawColnames45: Rotates heatmap marker labels 45 degrees
In phemd: Phenotypic EMD for comparison of single-cell samples

Overwrites default draw_colnames in the pheatmap package

1	drawColnames45(coln, gaps, ...)

`coln`	Column names
`gaps`	Spacing of labels
`...`	Additional parameters to be passed to `gpar`
