Generates a BayesSpaceBasis for transformed Bayes Spaces

Description

The basis is a transformation of the Basis that would be computed for the underlying untransformed BayesSpace.

Usage

## S3 method for class 'ReferenceMeasureTransformed'
BayesSpaceBasis(
  basis,
  bayesSpace = getBayesSpace(basis),
  orthonormalize = FALSE,
  ...
)

Arguments

basis	a ReferenceMeasureTransformed, for which the basis shall be computed.
bayesSpace	the BayesSpace of this ReferenceMeasure
orthonormalize	boolean: if TRUE the basis is orthonoramlized, using a singluar using a singular value decomposition based matrix square root.
...	further parameters for the BayesSpaceBasis method of the underlying untransformed ReferenceMeasure, typically ReferenceMeasureUniform. The breaks are than to be understood as quantiles.

Value

an object of class '"BayesSpaceBasis"', transforming the basis of the underlying untransformed BayesSpace.
