objects of the same kind (space, measure, support, basis, ...) to be used for a cartesian product, and named parameters of the method functions. The first will determine the generic behaviour. if exactly one argument is given and is a pure list it is interpreted as the list of objects given. The individual spaces can be named. |
the Cartesian product of the objects given. Check [SupportCartesianProduct()] for details about this structure.
The cartesian product of a space (like a vector space or support) is the space of tuples, where each tuple element comes from the space of the same position or name. The cartesian product of measures is the product measure, which gives a cartesian product of sets the product of the measures. The cartesian product of functions(like basis) is a function on the cartesian product of supports and gives the product of the function values for each of the components.
