caseMeans: Expected values (means) of real-valued distributions

caseMeansR Documentation

Expected values (means) of real-valued distributions

Description

Ideally this should always be called on the original samples.

Usage

caseMeans(x, ...)

Arguments

x

the dataset of distributions,

...

further arguments to called functions (e.g. caseE)

Value

a vector or a matrix (with different cases in columns) of the means of the distributions in the dataset. For multivariate (vector-valued) means, the last dimension iterates over the elements of x.
