Computes transitivity of a network

Usage

transitivity(A, weighted = FALSE)

Arguments

A	An adjacency matrix of network data
weighted	Is the network weighted? Defaults to FALSE. Set to TRUE for a weighted measure of transitivity

Value

Returns a value of transitivity
