Conservative Balance (CB) transformation for isotopic tracers

Description

Transforms isotopic ratio and elemental content data into virtual scalar tracers that can be directly used in classical unmixing models.

CB_Method(data, ...)

cb_method(...)

Arguments

data	Data frame. Contains the isotopic tracer characteristics of sediment sources and one mixture. Both averaged and raw formats are supported.
error_propagation	Character. Error propagation method for averaged data: "ratio" (default) or "full".
impute_nas	Logical. If TRUE, automatically imputes missing values (NAs) in source samples using their respective group means. Default FALSE.
...	Additional arguments passed to internal helper functions or aliases.

Value

A data frame with isotopic tracers replaced by their CB-transformed scalar equivalents.
