Extract mixture samples from a fingerprinting dataset

Description

Identifies and returns the rows corresponding to the sediment mixture(s) in a combined source-mixture data frame. The mixture is assumed to be the last unique group in the second column of data. Both raw and averaged (Mean_/SD_) formats are supported.

Usage

inputSample(data)

inputMixture(data)

Arguments

data	Data frame in the standard OceanTracer format, where the second column encodes the group identity (sources and mixture).

Value

A data frame containing only the mixture rows, with column names standardised to the OceanTracer convention.
