Range test for tracer pre-selection

Description

Removes tracer properties whose mixture value falls outside the envelope defined by the minimum and maximum values observed across all source groups. Tracers failing this test cannot be explained by any linear combination of the measured sources and should be excluded before unmixing.

Usage

rangeTest(data, verbose = TRUE)

Arguments

data	Data frame in the standard OceanTracer format (sources + mixture).
verbose	Logical. Whether to print removal summaries to the console. Default is TRUE.

Value

A data frame retaining only tracer columns that pass the range test.
