These options override any options that pangoCairoUpdateContext
derives from the target surface.

pangoCairoContextSetFontOptions(context, options)
Arguments
context
[PangoContext] a PangoContext, from a pangocairo font map
options
[CairoFontOptions] a CairoFontOptions, or NULL to unset any previously set
options. A copy is made.
