diss.PDC: Permutation Distribution Distance

In TSclust: Time Series Clustering Utilities

Description

Computes the Permutation Distribution distance between time series.

Usage

diss.PDC(x, y, ...)

Arguments

x	Numeric vector containing the first of the two time series.
y	Numeric vector containing the second of the two time series.
...	Additional parameters for the function. See link[pdc]{pdcDist}.

Details

This is basically a wrapper for pdcDist of the pdc package, intended for an easier discovery of the functionalities used in TSclust.

Value

The computed distance.
