Format and clean the Tandem Source data to keep relevant columns only

Usage

clean(data, id, ...)

Arguments

data	An instance of class tandem_source, wrapping a named list with data of a particular data type.
id	Character or numeric participant identifier.
...	Additional arguments passed to methods.

Value

A named list with the cleaned data, named according to the data type of data: cgm, basal, bolus, carbs and total_bolus (the latter three are extracted from the bolus file; total_basal (extracted from the hourly basal file) or SMBG. NULL for all other data types, which are not cleaned.
