Format and clean the Tidepool data to keep relevant columns only

Usage

## S3 method for class 'tidepool'
clean(data, id, ...)

Arguments

data	An instance of class tidepool, wrapping a named list with data of different types.
id	Character or numeric participant identifier.
...	Additional arguments passed to methods.

Value

A named list with the cleaned data, with entries cgm, basal, bolus, SMBG and carbs. Carbohydrates are taken from the Food sheet or, if that sheet is absent, from the Bolus Calculator sheet. Only in the latter case are bolus and carbs linked by link_id; otherwise it is NA.
