Description

Aggregate a standardized data frame into one value per day

Usage

.aggregate_per_day.aidR(df, values, name, source)

Arguments

df	A standardized data frame, with columns id, format and timestamp.
values	A numeric vector of the same length as nrow(df), holding the value to be summed per day.
name	Character string with the name of the resulting value column.
source	Character string describing where the daily total comes from, either "reported" (given by the export) or "summed" (aggregated by aidR).

Value

A data frame with columns id, format, date, name and source, holding one row per day. NULL if df is empty.
