integer event indicator (0=alive, 1=dead)

integer disease group (1=ALL, 2=low-risk AML, 3=high-risk AML)

page

integer age of patient in years

dage

integer age of donor in years

precovery

integer platelet recovery indicator (0=no, 1=yes)

ptime

character time in days to return of platelets to normal level (if precovery=1)
