Usage

pmx_comp_shrink(
  ctr,
  fun = c("var", "sd"),
  strat.facet,
  strat.color,
  filter,
  ...
)

Arguments

ctr	pmxClass controller object
fun	character can be sd or var , var by default
strat.facet	formula optional stratification parameter
strat.color	character optional stratification parameter
filter	optional filter which will be applied to plotting data
...	others parameters not used for the moment
