Missingness profile for a table
Description
Missingness profile for a table
Usage
imed_missingness(x, table = "MEASUREMENTS")
Arguments
x
An 'imed_db' object, as returned by 'imed_data()'.
table
Name of the table to profile (default '"MEASUREMENTS"').
Value
A 'tibble' with one row per field and the columns 'field', 'n' (number of
rows), 'missing' (number of missing or not-reported values) and
'missing_pct' (the percentage missing).
Examples
db <- imed_data(tables = "MEASUREMENTS", validate = FALSE)
head(imed_missingness(db, "MEASUREMENTS"))
