List loaded IMED tables

Usage

imed_tables(x = imed_data(validate = FALSE))

Arguments

x	An 'imed_db' object. Defaults to the bundled snapshot loaded without validation.

Value

A 'tibble' with one row per table and the columns 'table' (table name), 'rows' (number of rows) and 'columns' (number of columns).

Examples

db <- imed_data(tables = c("STUDIES", "SITES"), validate = FALSE)
imed_tables(db)
