Description
Validate IMED core scientific and relational integrity
Usage
imed_validate(x, strict = FALSE)
Arguments
x
An imed_db.
strict
Stop on ERROR-level failures.
Value
A 'tibble' with one row per check and the columns 'check', 'severity'
('"ERROR"' or '"HOLD"'), 'passed' (logical), 'n_issues' (integer) and
'detail'. With 'strict = TRUE' the function stops if any ERROR-level check
fails.
Examples
db <- imed_data(validate = FALSE)
v <- imed_validate(db)
table(v$severity, v$passed)
