imed_plot_methods(x)
Arguments
x
An 'imed_db' object, as returned by 'imed_data()'.
Value
A 'ggplot' object showing, for each QA/QC item, the number of records with
each reported status (including '"Missing/NR"').
Examples
db <- imed_data(tables = "METHODS_QAQC", validate = FALSE)
