ya factor with levels n (absence of bacteria) and y (preence of bacteria)
apa factor with levels a (active) and p (placebo)
hiloa factor with levels hi (high compliance) and lo (low compliance)
weekweek of test
IDsubjects identifier
trta factor with levels placebo, drug and drug+
