Get the full path to the default NetMHC2pan binary
Usage
get_default_netmhc2pan_bin_path(
netmhc2pan_subfolder = get_default_netmhc2pan_subfolder()
)
Arguments
netmhc2pan_subfolder
the subfolder (to be) used by NetMHCIIpan.
Use get_default_netmhc2pan_subfolder to see the location
of the default NetMHCIIpan subfolder
Value
the full path to the default NetMHC2pan binary
