## create named regions
wb <- createWorkbook()
addWorksheet(wb, "Sheet 1")

## specify region
writeData(wb, sheet = 1, x = iris, startCol = 1, startRow = 1)
createNamedRegion(wb = wb,

## using writeData 'name' argument to create a named region
