#' Hash Table/Dictionary Lookup

#' \code{lookup} - \href{http://datatable.r-forge.r-project.org/}{\pkg{data.table}} 
#' based hash table useful for large vector lookups.

#' @param key.match Takes one of the following: (1) a two column data.frame of a
