In rPDBapi: A Comprehensive Interface for Accessing the Protein Data Bank

rPDBapi 3.0.0 (Major Release)

• Added CI workflows in .github/workflows/ci.yml and .github/workflows/live-tests.yml.
• Added explicit output contracts in R/01_contracts.R.
• Strengthened search, fetch, and data-frame return handling across: R/query_search.R, R/perform_search.R, R/fetch_data.R, R/data_fetcher.R, and R/return_data_as_dataframe.R.
