In skeleSim: Genetic Simulation Engine
It is possible to adjust the allele frequency at each locus by first
selecting the locus number below and then entering the allele
frequency distribution. Each of these vectors have to sum to one.
The last element in each vector is always replaced with 1-sum(rest of
vector elements).
