Profile an MME Workload by Phase

Description

Fits one workload with phase profiling enabled and tabulates where the time goes.

Usage

profile_mme_workload(
  workload,
  engine = mmes_control(),
  nIters = 5L,
  dominantShare = 0.3
)

Arguments

workload	An mme_workload from generate_mme_workload.
engine	A mmes_control object; profiling is forced on.
nIters	Maximum REML/ML iterations. Default is 5.
dominantShare	Share of fit time above which a phase is flagged dominant. Default is 0.3.

Value

A list of class "sommer_mme_profile" with a per-phase table, workload counters, per-iteration seconds, and the total elapsed time.
