A subset of ToxCast data showing changes in transcription factor activity for multiple targets.
Description
The example dataset is used to illustrate how the user can pipeline single-concentration
data from chemical screening using tcplLite.
Usage
scdat
Format
A data frame with 320 rows and 10 variables:
- spid
sample ID
- apid
assay plate ID
- rowi
well-plate row number (N/A)
- coli
well-plate column number (N/A)
- wllt
well type (N/A)
- wllq
well quality (N/A)
- conc
concentration in micromolar
- rval
raw assay component readout value
- srcf
source file containing the data
- acsn
assay component source name
