simulate_vl: Simulate vl for subjects
In ushr: Understanding Suppression of HIV

This function simulates observed vl for each subject.

1	simulate_vl(params, timevec, id)

`params`	named numeric vector of parameter values to simulate the biphasic model.
`timevec`	numeric vector of observed timepoints.
`id`	subject id. Can be numeric or a character.
