Usage
de_all_pairs(norm.dat, cl, ...)
Arguments
norm.dat
a normalized data matrix for data.
cl
a cluster factor object.
...
Additional parameters passed to DE_genes_pairs()
Value
a list containing DE results for every pair of clusters
