BenCScore

Bayesian EstimatioN and Compound Scoring is a collection of R methods for analyzing small-molecule high-throughput screening data.

Assuming you already have the latest version of R (>= 3.1.1).

To install:

1. Download and install Just Another Gibbs Sampler (JAGS) http://sourceforge.net/projects/mcmc-jags/files/

2. Install the latest version of BenCScore from github from R
