Class ImportPreparer and generic newResources
Description
The ImportPreparer and derived classes are used for dispatch
during data discovery (see newResources). There is one
ImportPreparer class for each data source for
AnnotationHubMetadata.
newResources is a generic function; with methods implemented
for each ImportPreparer.
