Arguments

the parameter estimates
confMat, data, meanVarTrend
arguments belonging to views
marginModel, biasReduction, subtractMax
The marginal mode, and booleans
indicating bias reduction and maximum subtraction
allowMissingness
a boolean, should missing values be allowed
