Chang-Yu-Chang/MigrationCommunity: Microbial Consumer-Resource Model

Microbial consumer-resource model in R. It simluates the growth of microbial communities in which microbes interacts in a cross-feeding manner. Microbial communites are grown in a batch culture which has two experimental phases: growth cycle and transfer. You can also simulate chemotstat by setting incontinuable resource supply. During transfer, migration and community coalescence can also be implemented across communities.
