phylogenetic tree (ape class)
nsites
number of sites
nspp
number of species
Details
Generate evenly distributed community phylogenetic data based on a
phylogeny. Takes the phylogeny, calculates cummulative PD from random
taxon, cuts at even intervals based on nspp to maximise distance.
