Usage
conf_filter(cmsObj)
Arguments
cmsObj
an object of class 'CoreMSData', should be output of the function
as.CoreMSData
Details
To be used with applyFilt.confFilt to subset peaks with a minimum confidence score of min_conf
Value
object of class 'confFilt'
