calRI: Calculate Rand Index
In GaoLabXDU/CEPICS: CEPICS: a comparison and evaluation platform for integration methods in cancer subtyping

Calculate the Rand Index of the clustering results.

1	calRI(a, b)

`a`	A vector that contains the cluster label of each sample.
`b`	A vector that contains the true label of each sample.

A real number that means the rand index between the two clustering results.
