Usage

barcTrans(barc_vec, barcode = def_barcode)
Arguments
barc_vec
a vector containing short sequences need to be parsed
barcode
a vector containing the reference barcodes.
Default is c('ATCACG','CGATGT','TTAGGC','TGACCA','ACAGTG',
'GCCAAT','CAGATC','ACTTGA','GATCAG')
