HelenLindsay/AbNames: Standardize Antibody Names
Provides functions for matching human antibody names, e.g. from an antibody vendor website, to gene names using information from the Human Genome Naming Consortium (HGNC), NCBI, Ensembl, and the protein ontology. Also provides a data set of antibodies used in publically available CITE-seq experiments, and methods for standardising names using this reference.
