INRAE-LPGP/prostPostprocess: Provide utility fonction to postprocess prost! output
prostPostprocess provides a collection of function to help process data from prost! (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-019-40361-8) in order to do a differential analysis. The process consists in three steps : - Load and filter read counts and metadata - Create a DESeqDataset compatible with DESeq2 - Plot the results of a differential analysis with DESeq
