In JMF47/recountNNLSdata: Pre-computed model matrices used by recountNNLS for tx abundance estimate
Overview
This is a companion datapackage to the package recountNNLS package.
It contains a set of pre-computed features and model matrices to aid in the
computation of transcript abundances using recountNNLS. Currently the
pre-computed read lengths are 37bp, 50bp, 75bp, 100bp, and 150bp.
