Get GO terms from a particular date. Use getGoDates to see which
dates are available
Usage
goAtDate(path, date, overwrite = FALSE)
Arguments
path
File path. Without gz extension
date
Character. A valid date as returned from getGoDates.
overwrite
If TRUE, overwrites existing file
