Fill missing values using spline

Usage

splineFill(chrom, method = "fmm")

Arguments

chrom	(data-frames) first column is time, second column is intensity.
method	(string) must be either "fmm" or "natural".

Value

(dataframe) has two columns:

time	(numeric)
intensity	(numeric)
