getLaneYData: Get Lane Y Data

Get the Y position data for rectangles for the specified lane

1	getLaneYData(data, height, initialHeight, overlapInfo = NULL)

`data`	The lane data to get Y positional data for
`height`	The height to use for lane rectangles
`initialHeight`	The height to start calculating Y positions from
`overlapInfo`	[DEFAULT: NULL] Calculated rectangle overlap data to use
