unNestCorrectionParameters: Unnest the correction parameters

Takes the corrections and unnests them so they can more easily be processed for each type

1	unNestCorrectionParameters(corrections, timezone)

`corrections`	the corrections for the report
`timezone`	the timezone to parse data into
