Import data and build a GatingSet

Import module server function

Usage

ImportUI(id)

Import(input, output, session, rval)

Arguments

id	shiny id
input	shiny input
output	shiny output
session	shiny session
rval	a reactivevalues object (can be empty)

Value

The input reactivevalues object 'rval' with updated elements :

gating_set_list

a named list with each element containing :

gating_set

: a GatingSet objects

parent

: the name of its parent GatingSet

gating_set

selected GatingSet

gating_set_selected

Name of the selected GatingSet
