Usage

getPopStatsPlus(gs, spill = NULL, filter = NULL)
Arguments
gs
a GatingSet
spill
spillover matrix. If NULL, uncompensated data is used for gating
filter
a filter object applied before computing statistics. Ignored if NULL.
