Usage

make_posthoc_plots(
  samplename,
  logr_file,
  subclones_file,
  rho_psi_file,
  bafsegmented_file,
  logrsegmented_file,
  allelecounts_file = NULL
)

Arguments

samplename	Name of the sample for the plot title
logr_file	File containing all logR data
subclones_file	File with the copy number fit
rho_psi_file	File with rho and psi parameters
bafsegmented_file	File containing the BAFsegmented data
logrsegmented_file	File with the logRsegmented data
allelecounts_file	Optional file with raw allele counts (Default: NULL)
