Arguments
estimated.presences.lst
A list with one entry for every species, giving predicted occupancy for each exploratory plot
actual.presences.lst
A list with one entry for every species, giving observed occupancy for each exploratory plot
n.sp
The number of species (equal to length of the two above lists!)
