Description

Input file giving instructions for generation of species response traits. Each row should corre-spond to a response trait. Either this file and the\ Species Instructions File sp.instr.file OR the Species File sp.file are required.

Details

Label	L.p23	This field consists of two parts, separated by a period. The first part is the landscape.identifier for the landscape layer of interest, the second part is the vital rate that should be modified. Duplicate labels are allowed that code for dif-ferent response traits.
DistributionFunction	10	A numeric indicator that codes for a function for how the response trait should be distributed among species. See distribution.functions for more details.
distfunpar1	0.5	The first parameter for the distribution function. See distribution.functions for more details.
distfunpar2	2.5	The second parameter for the distribution function. See distribution.functions for more details.
ResponseFunction	100	A numeric indicator that codes for how the response trait will function for each species. See response.functions for more details.
respfunpar1	1	The first parameter for the response function. See response.functions for more details.
respfunpar2	0.64	The second parameter for the response function. See response.functions for more details.
